| Beat all ingredients (except of the icing sugar) with a mixer for 5 minutes. Pour the batter into a buttered
cake tin and bake in 200 C for about an hour. Remove from oven, turn out on a platter and sprinkle with
icing sugar.
Note: This version of the recipe is light, especially
if using olive oil. You can use butter, add 1/2 cup sugar and two more eggs if you want the cake to have
more calories and more strong taste. |
